Customer service agent #5

Our client, located in Laval, is currently looking for a bilingual and efficient customer service agent to join their dynamic team.

The tasks consist of:

• Receiving and processing calls.
• Answering and provide information to the clients.
• Receiving orders (by phone, fax or email) and processing them.
• Ensuring that the clients are kept informed in case of a delay.
• Preparing the submissions according to the specifications of different clients.
• Validating purchase orders.
• Contacting the suppliers in order to validate the price and/or availabilities of the materials.
• Providing an excellent customer service.
• Contributing to reaching the objectives of the department.
• All other related tasks.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service on the phone.
• Comfortable working in a computerized environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Bilingual (will be validated during the interview) .

Salary: 18$ to 21$per hour, based on experience.

Schedule: Day / 40 hours per week.

Status: Permanent.
