Our client, a marketing specialist, located in Laval, is currently looking for 4 perfectly bilingual, positive and articulate customer service agents for their call center.

Tasks:

• Answer the incoming calls while offering an excellent customer service.
• Answer the client’s requests.
• Provide information on the services.
• Enter the information on a data bank.
• Execute all other related tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and/or in call centers.
• Marketing experience (an asset).

Salary : 12$ per hour

Schedule : Day / Between 30 to 40 hours per week – depending on you availability.
