Are you known for your customer service? Our client, a marketing specialist located in Laval, is currently looking for customer service agents who are cheerful and articulate.

Tasks:

• Call potential clients, while giving them great customer service.
• Contact pre-qualified clients and talk to them about a fundraising campaign.
• No sales or solicited calls.
• Give information on the services and/or promotions, and schedule appointments.
• Enter information in the database.
• Other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and/or in call centers.
• Experience in marketing (an asset).
• Good knowledge of English.
• Be available evenings and Saturday.

Salary: 13$ per hour + bonus based on the mandate

Schedule: Fluctuating schedule
