Is your customer service exceptional? Our client, a marketing specialist, located in Laval, is currently looking for 4 articulated and positive customer service agents for their call center.

Tasks:

• Answer the incoming calls while offering an excellent customer service.
• Answer the client’s requests.
• Provide information on the services.
• Enter the information on a data bank.
• Execute all other related tasks.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of English (minimum 8/10 orally – will be validated during the interview).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and/or in call centers.
• Marketing experience (an asset)

Salary: 12$ per hour – 5 days of training at 11,25$ to start

Schedule: Day – between 30 and 40 hours per week – based on your availabilities.
