Our client in Ville Saint-Laurent looking for someone to fill the position of customer accounts technician. Come join a young and dynamic team to contribute to their success by putting your skills to the test!

Tasks description:

  • Enter invoices, payments and credits notes in the system;
  • Do daily deposits;
  • Match accounts;
  • Handle bills of lading;
  • Classify documents;
  • Contact clients/suppliers regarding payments;
  • Carry out any other general tasks to help improve the department.

Requirements:

  • DCS, ACS or DVS in accounting or administration.
  • Relevant experience with customer accounts in the manufacturing industry, an asset.
  • Bilingualism, French and English, spoken and written.
  • Experience with an accounting software is an asset.
  • Good knowledge with Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel and Outlook).

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Punctual;
  • Responsible.

Salary: 15$ to 16$ per hour.

Schedule: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours/week).

Status: Temporary, long term.
