Tasks

  • Manage customer relations.
  • Manage and take care of the insurances.
  • Verify and follow up on financial and accounting statements.
  • Take care of the budget’s financial management by taking the deadlines into consideration.
  • Supervise the senior team members and ensure a complete and high quality job.
  • Handle and analyze the tax files.
  • Review the work before submitting it to the partners.
  • Take part in training the staff.
  • Ensure all employees follow the schedules for the tax returns.
  • Evaluate the staff involved in preparing the files.
  • Take part in many firm committees.
  • Exercise due diligence and special mandates.
  • Carry out any other similar tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a CPA certification.
  • Seven to ten years of experience as an executive (SME clientele).
  • Two to three years of experience as a director.
  • Experience in the field of manufacturing, construction, distribution (a strong asset).

The ideal candidate will:

  • Perfectly bilingual.
  • Be available to work overtime during the tax period.
  • Have good leadership skills and be flexible

Salary: Competitive salary

Schedule: Day shift, 35.5 hours per week

Status: Permanent
