Our client is seeking a corporate controller to manage the finance department of three main divisions (170 employees).

Tasks description:

• Supervise and review the monthly financial statements preparation of all 3 division.
• Review cost-effectiveness analysis and financial management reports.
• Manage, consult and support the employees with their tasks: analyzing financial statements, project and product costs, preparing budgets, issuing the process and doing internal control.
• Review the exactitude of the work.
• Hire, manage and train staff.
• Analyze accounting reports and financial statements.
• Prepare and review budgets, receipts and expenses.
• Carry out any other relevant tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce.
• At least 7 years of experience in accounting, audit, budgeting, planning and financial analysis.
• Experience in real estate or construction.
• Extensive knowledge in Excel.
• CPA title.
• Good level of bilingualism – especially spoken.

Salary: 85 000$ per year

Schedule: Day / 40 hours per week

Status: permanent
