Known for their product quality, certified NO GMO and without preservatives, located in Lachine, they are seeking a coordination in administration and customer service. Task description:

Reporting to the CRM Director, your responsibilities will be to:

Administration component

  • Manage the relations between buyers and business partners.
  • Write the client/partner communications and revise the grammar.
  • Create the follow up for the managers and the Customer Service Director, and other requests.
  • Support the customer service assistant when necessary (greeting, answer calls and emails).

Customer service component

  • Be in charge of orders and shipments to avoid omissions/errors.
  • Manage orders.
  • Coordinate product/new product shipment and reception.
  • Manage the database.
  • Manage complaints.

Accounting support component

  • Coordinate the sales team during deductions/abnormal invoices.
  • Manage service accounts.

CRM support component

  • Manage inventory reports and promotional communication to the clients.
  • Develop a communication plan with buyers.
  • Occasionally support the marketing team during special events.

Salary: 38 000$ to 43 000$ per year, based on experience.

Schedule: Day, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Status: Permanent.
