Our client is a growing company in the food industry and has a dynamic and family-like ambiance. Located in Laval, our client is looking for a carcass receiving clerk for the night shift. The tasks consist of receiving carcasses, cutting the pieces for the conventional, identifying the pieces of the meat and finding abnormalities, respecting meat quality and yield standards, packaging and labeling the meat.

Requirements:

  • No training required;
  • Available to work as of 2am;
  • Able to easily and quickly learn about the different manual labours;
  • Be able to regularly carry heavy loads;
  • Able to adapt on the production line;
  • Great abilities with a knife in order to follow instructions with precision;
  • Experience in a food factory (in the veal industry, an asset).

Salary: To be discussed.

Schedule: Night, from Monday to Friday at 2am to 10am

Status: Temporary to permanent.
