You are an independent consultant who wishes to gain access to more mandates? You have at least ten years of experience as a human resources consultant or in a senior human resources role? You would handle human resources mandates related to:

• Staffing;
• Labour relations;
• Compensation;
• Organisational development;
• Occupational health and safety;
• Training.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a human resources consultant or in a senior human resources role;
• Availability to carry-on mandates when needed;
• Access to a vehicle to be able to visit existing and potential clients;
• Being an independent consultant (not affiliated to any company).

Compensation: 55$ per hour.

Schedule: Variable, depending on the mandates.

Status: Sporadic mandates, as-needed basis, no work guaranteed.
