The job essentially consists of:

• Planning, organizing and optimizing the tender procedure and related activities in procurement of goods and services.
• Establishing and negotiating alternative options to ensure flexibility and supplying in order to answer urgent and unexpected demands.
• Analyzing, identifying and recommending all integration opportunities in internal needs in order to provide efficient supply management services.
• After an analysis, determining the conditions in order acquisition such as nature, value and complexity of the work.
• Submitting your recommendations for disputed cases.
• Preparing documentation for acquisitions that have to do with call for tenders, while developing and including submission reports, payment methods, general conditions and other applicable documents.
• Authorizing and proceeding issuing purchase orders.
• Helping clienteles’ managers in contract administration.
• Identifying and recommending providers and procurement sources, in order to better meet the needs of the clients’ sections.
• Contributing to improving service performance by submitting recommendations.
• Doing other related tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or university certificate in a relevant field;
• Eight (8) years of relevant experience in procurement of professional goods and services specializing in different fields;
• Able to adapt in an environment where priorities change;
• Excellent knowledge of French and English (spoken and written);
• Successfully pass safety ratings for receiving passes in restricted areas;
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office;
• Knowledge of SAP (asset).

Salary: $85 000 - $95 000

Schedule: 37.5 hours per week

Status: Syndicated position with good conditions
