Bedard Resources is recruiting for their West of Montreal office and looking to fill the position of consultant/Trainer.

Under the supervision of the coordinator, your tasks will be to:   

• Greet and supervise employees;
• Train new employees occupying order picker and machine operator positions;
• Plan and create employee schedules;
• Answer all employees’ inquiries (pay, stat holidays, etc.);
• Follow up positively with all staff on a regular basis.
• Maintain, prevent and follow-up on health and safety standards ;
• Conduct  production meetings with the teams;
• Coordinate employees’ hours with the payroll department;
• All other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position.
• Minimum 3 months experience in the industrial field.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience as a forklift driver with valid forklift driving license, an asset.

Salary: Base salary + group benefits.

Schedule: Day time 7am- 4pm Monday to Thursday or Friday to Monday.

Status: Permanent.
