Our client is a company known in its field and is looking for a collection credit clerk for a temporary position of 3 to 6 months for their office in Pointe-Claire.

The accounting tasks:

• Identify, research and solve claims/credit problems for clients;
• Verify, enter, find and research information with a computer;
• Compare data with the documents;
• Enter information in the audit format in order to find mistakes.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be self-sufficient, tact, dynamic;
• Be comfortable on the telephone, be a people person and be able to stay calm;
• Have strong analytical skills;
• Be able to work in a team.

Requirements:

• Diploma in administration, finances or accounting (an asset)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Extensive knowledge of Excel
• Excellent level of bilingualism

Salary: 14.75$ an hour

Schedule: Day, from 8:30am to 5pm / 37h per week / 3 to 6 months

Status: Temporary
