Our client is currently looking for someone who takes initiative and wants to develop their professional skills, to be a collections agent for the Laval office.

Administrative tasks:

• Receive and manage calls;
• Contact debtors for collection;
• Negotiate to come to an agreement to collect outstanding sums;
• Follow-up so that agreements are respected and the amounts claimed are payed;
• Manage many files and make sure of the exactitude of all documentation;
• Other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

• Strong computer skills and with Microsoft Office.
• Great communication and writing skills.
• Knowledge in the construction industry, an asset.

Salary: 15$ to17$ per hour, based on experience.

Schedule: Day, full-time from 7:30am to 4:30 or 8am to 5pm.

Status: Temporary.
