Our client in specializes in producing small, complex and precise components in different sectors like optoelectronics, robotics, dental, transport or defense. Our client is looking for a Quality Inspector/CMM Operator for the weekend.

Tasks:

• Program and operate a CMM machine.
• Inspect products at a dimensional level, surface finishing and ensure the quality of finished products.
• Gather and analyse data.
• Write reports requested by the quality management system.
• Share new information with the week employees.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a Vocation Studies Diploma (DVS) in processing technology or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in programming and CMM operation, as well as inspecting with precision machining pieces.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge using precision tools like the micrometer, vernier, etc.
• Basic knowledge in verifying and the calibration of measuring instruments.
• Be available to work hybrid shifts (day/weekend).
• Excellent French and English.
• Independent, consistency and very organized in your work.
• Able to work in a team and be analytical.

Salary: 18.08$ to 22.45$ per hour (36 hours per week, paid 40)

Schedule: Flexible, 12 hours per week from Saturday to Monday

Status: Temporary to permanent.
