Reporting to the manager, the work essentially consist of using human resources and the materials necessary to create company agreements and ensuring client satisfaction for this prestige building in Laval.

  • Greet and train new employees.
  • Work in partnership with the human resources service (staff movement, disciplinary measures, end of employment, etc.)
  • Evaluate the staff’s technical competencies and, if necessary, decide the training.
  • Ensure that the staff is available according to the set needs.
  • Ensure preventive health and safety, and apply occupational safety rules.
  • Be part of the Health and Safety Committee.
  • Respect the different legislations and union obligations. 
  • Respect the discipline on our site and the company image.
  • Control time sheets and make sure that they are received by the deadlines.
  • Add to the client’s invoice the events that are not contracted.
  • Inspect the quality of certain sites.
  • Optimize organizations to improve goals (qualitative and economic).
  • Ensure that the employees have access to products and materials adapted to their needs.
  • Ensure the implementation of the methods and that the control of results are done.
  • Value the work provided by the employee.
  • Handle client’s’ complaints and meet their requests.
  • Execute the means necessary to the contract management follow-up.
  • Do product and material inventory at the end of the year.
  • Any other tasks required for the position.

Requirements:

  • Know how to read space layout plans.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (advanced level on Excel).

  • Knowledge of the collective agreement.
  • Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety standards.
  • Experience in maintenance and hygiene.

Salary: 45,000 to 50,000$ per year.

Schedule: Evening.

Status: permanent.
