Working in this position, you will be in charge of the department and have to:

• Supervise and manage around ten employees.
• Manage escalating service calls with the department director.
• Ensure that the customer service agents reach their goals.
• Coordinate and train new employees.
• Constantly follow-up of employees’ evolution (continuous training).
• Follow performance statistics.
• Ensure the call center’s quality assurance and that everything is working properly.
• Answer customer calls, when overflowing.
• Any other similar tasks required for the position.

Requirements:

• DCS in administration.
• At least 5 years of experience as a team leader in a call center.
• Experience in call centers.
• Be comfortable working in a computer-based environment.
• Good communication in French, spoken and written.
• Functional English.

Salary: Competitive salary according to qualifications and experience.

Schedule: Day, 37.5 hours per week – be available at least 1 evening per week, weekends on rotation.

Status: Permanent.
