The position is under the supervision of the procurement and customer service director.

Description of responsibilities:

• Plan and organized the buying activities.
• Manage and process the requests for submissions.
• Participate in diverse projects aiming at improving the process.
• Initiate the cost saving projects.
• Conduct call for tenders.
• Solve problems at the border.
• Negotiate the service agreements and the terms for the local transport.
• Manage the purchase orders for the equipment and the maintenance of the building.
• Evaluate the suppliers (quality, service, delivery delay) and manage the non-conforming suppliers.
• Manage the inventories.
• Maintain good relations and communication with the internal clients and the suppliers.  
• Accomplish all other related tasks required by your supervisor.

Requirements:

• College diploma in a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably in a manufactural environment.
• Provide excellent customer service (internal and external).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual – required (spoken and written).

Salary: 55 000$ to 67 000$ per year - based on experience with possibility of bonus

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Status: Permanent.
