Requirements:

• Diploma in building technology or training related to the position (DCS).
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a maintenance director.
• Experience manage a technical staff.
• Experience and knowledge in high-rise buildings and/or collective construction.
• Have access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license – essential.
