Our client in the transport industry is looking for a billing clerk to work 20 to 30 hours/week for their Dorval office.

The work mainly involves:

• Entering data into the computerized system;
• Entering the information of the bills of lading;
• Verifying and ensuring data accuracy;
• Respecting deadlines;
• Identifying and correcting errors;
• Receiving drivers and performing the required checks;
• Completing any other tasks required for the position.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be meticulous, efficient and have attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Have access to a vehicle.
• Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
• Very good level of bilingualism, especially in writing (essential).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the transport industry.
• Knowledge of Truckmate, a big asset.

Salary: 15$ an hour

Schedule: From 4pm to 8pm, Monday to Friday / about 20h a week

Status: Temporary
