Our client in the transport industry is looking for a billing clerk for their Dorval office.

The work mainly involves:

• Entering data into the computerized system.
• Entering the information of the bills of lading (waybill).
• Verifying and ensuring data accuracy;
• Respecting deadlines;
• Identifying and correcting errors;
• Receiving drivers and performing the required checks;
• Completing any other tasks required for the position.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in the transport industry, an asset.
• Knowledge of Truckmate, a big asset.
• Have access to a vehicle.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words a minute.
• Very good level of bilingualism, especially in writing - essential.

Salary: 15$ to 18$ per hour

Schedule: Evening from 4 PM to midnight / Monday to Friday.

Status: Temporary
