Maintain and grow business

Participate in sales meetings, trade shows and market weeks

Assist in the creation of new product lines

Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

Arrange, conduct and follow up on sales appointments with major retail house accounts across North America.

Maintains sales volume and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Criteria:

MUST have minimum of 7-10 years of experience selling athletic accessories. 

Must have already established working relationships with major retail chains and specialty shops across North America such as Sports Experts, MEC, Sail, Sports Chec, Foot Locker, Atmosphere, Inter Sport, Running Room.

Must be fluently bilingual, computer literate and fashion saavy.
