Our client located on the South Shore region of Montreal close to the Jacques Cartier Bridge is currently looking for a Fluently Bilingual Restaurant / Catering Services Manager. 

You have 2 to 5 years experience in a similar role.

The Salary is $45000

  • Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to Restaurant & Catering operations
  • Maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests, and client, as well as other departments
  • Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
  • Roll out new culinary programs
  • Create strategies
  • Motivate the management team for overall customer service satisfaction
  • Prepare quarterly reports for client presentation
  • Implement the techniques of food cost calculations.
  • Work with marketing and culinary department to increase sales by innovations and food quality
  • Communicate with the culinary department to ensure the food programs reflect the vision of the company
  • Experience in Restaurant, catering and fine dining
  • Must have a passion for client service and support in catering
  • Fine dining experience preferred
  • Three to five years of restaurant food service operations management
  • High volume production experience is essential
  • Previous experience managing a budget
  • Desire to learn and grow with a top notch food service company
  • Procurement, inventory management and contract negotiation with suppliers.
  • Manage food safety and health and safety
