Management of the team of 5 people

You will have to collaborate directly with the Plant Quality Manager to ensure compliance with the standards and procedures of the standards in place in the sanitation of all facilities.

Establishes standards & procedures for work of staff

Ongoing team supervision and coaching

Maintains records and daily logs.

Prepares periodic activity and reports

You will be in charge of your team, which must be present every night (7 days a week) to ensure food sanitation standards.

You will also be responsible for the good practices, HACCP, SST files of your team.
