Our client is a renowned company and is seeking an assistant controller for their office Downtown. It’s only a couple of feet away from the metro!

Reporting to the controller, the candidate must carry out daily tasks with a team in a dynamic and challenging environment:

  • Be the controller right arm and assist them with their tasks;

    • Take care of the expense accounts, accounts receivables and payables, as well as the billing;
    • Follow-up and update customer files while making sure everything is correct;
    • Update the database;
    • Create and prepare documents and/or presentations (Excel, Word);
    • Take telephone messages and the mail;
    • Follow-up on cash deposits and account reconciliation;
    • Offer excellent customer service;
    • Carry out any other similar administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • DCS or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Extensive knowledge in Excel (intermediate-advanced).
  • Knowledge in MS Office.
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position (accounting and administrative tasks).
  • Good level of bilingualism – spoken and written.

Salary: 45 000$ per year

Schedule: Day / 7:30 AM to 4:30 / 40 hours per week
