This company is looking for an Applicative Support Analyst who will be in charge of completing applicative tasks related to preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, reparation and system evolution, for a one-year contract.

Your tasks consist of:

  • Being an application specialist.
  • Being the resource person for:
  • Analyzing and solving enquiries on applicative support.
  • Analyzing needs and writing reports.
  • Coordinating the resolution of support and change enquiries.
  • Following-up with other teams and departments.
  • Configuring during evolution demands.
  • Doing quality insurance o demands and projects.
  • Managing application upgrades.
  • Respecting the level of involvement for internal services (SLA).
  • Respecting agreements of service levels mentioned in the contracts.
  • Updating applicative documentation.
  • Doing inventory of the applications.
  • Monitoring the application technology.
  • Helping your immediate superior during negotiations with contract providers.
  • Doing other related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Computer science diploma or related certificates.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in an applicative support and maintenance position.
  • Experience in managing and service providers’ follow-ups.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong general knowledge in many computer categories.
  • Experience using SQL Server and .NET (an asset).
  • Excellent knowledge in French, spoken and written.
  • Knowledge in English, an asset.

Salary: 75 000$ to 95 000$ per year, based on experience.

Schedule: Day / Flexible schedule (starting between 7:30am and 9am) / 37.5 hours per week.

Status: Contract – 1 year.
