Tasks and responsibilities:

• Manage a group of about ten ambassadors aiming to improve customer experience.
• Aim to improve the quality of the services offered.
• Manage the work schedules.
• Plan the work and organize the resources on the field.
• Assist the project manager in team meetings.
• Keep the project manager up to date with all important information related to the mandate.
• Find personalized solutions for the clientele’s specific needs.
• Replace a team member when needed.
• Any other similar tasks.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in team management.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Perfectly bilingual (French and English), extensive knowledge in a third language, a great asset.
• Being available to work different shifts.
• Being able to work standing for long hours.
• Being available as of July 2nd 2018.

Salary: 20$ per hour

Schedule: Variable / Day, evening and weekend shift

Status: 1 year contract with possible permanence
