• Answer travelers’ needs.
• Identify the travelers’ behaviours.
• Suggest personalized solutions regarding the clientele’s specific needs.
• Go above and beyond the needs and surpass their expectations.
• Use optimal tools.
• Promote the services.
• Find alternatives and concrete solutions for visitors’ questions.
• Give a ‘’WOW experience’’ for the users.
• Always be a solutions officer.
• Carry out any other similar tasks.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, in both English and French.
• Extensive knowledge in a third or more language, a strong asset.
• Being available to work different shifts.
• Being able to work standing for long hours.
• Two years of experience in customer service.
• Being available to start April 23 2018.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be calm and able to work under pressure.
• Have good knowledge of the Greater Montreal area.
• Be professional.
• Be empathetic and cheerful.
• Be customer service oriented.
• Be available to work different shifts like 3 AM to 8 AM or noon to 9:30 PM

Salary: 18$ per hour

Schedule: Variable / Day, evening and weekend shift

Status: 2 year contract with possible permanence
