A company where employees are committed, a passionate manager … how can you resist? We are currently recruiting an accounting and administrative technician who will be taking care of 2 sections of the position. The job is offered in a residence for retirees in Ville Saint-Laurent!

Administrative tasks:

  • Issue invoices.
  • Follow-up on accounts receivables and collect overdue accounts.
  • Enter data and verify the hours worked by employees and forward the file to the Payroll at head office.
  • Manage and balance the petty cash.
  • Do the receipts for coupons-meal.
  • Prepare the tax bill, end-of-year invoices for the company, as well as tax credits for the residents.
  • Follow-up on commercial leases.

HR tasks:

  • Carry out the recruitment process with the managers.
  • Prepare, update employees’ files and forward the information to the payroll department.
  • Take part and direct the greeting and integration program for new employees.
  • Manage and create the follow-up for vacation banks / illness / holidays / probation period / etc.
  • Be in charge of the group insurance, group RRSP and CELI files.
  • Follow-up on OSH files.
  • Coordinate activities related to the law 90 (training).

Requirements:

  • DCS in administration, accounting or management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an accounting position.
  • Knowledge in the complete accounting cycle.
  • Interest in human resources – no experience required.
  • Experience in a services company / residence for retirees – an asset.
  • Extensive knowledge in MS Office.
  • Knowledge in the HOPEM software – An asset.
  • Very good level of bilingualism.
  • Be available 1 weekend on 5, as well as one evening per month.

Salary: 45 000$ to 50 000$ per year, based on experience

Schedule: 40h – Schedule to be determined.
