Administrative tasks:

  • Write different letters for the department;
  • Manage the petty cash;
  • Do a follow up on the invoice;
  • Coordinate orders for equipment, uniforms and any other needs;
  • Keep the Excel files up to date;
  • Any other tasks required for the position.

Requirements:

  • Diploma of college Studies in administration or an equivalent field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge in SAP and SharePoint (asset).
  • Bilingualism, mandatory (spoken and written).
  • Excellent French grammar.
  • Extensive knowledge in MS Office (mostly Excel)

Salary: 22$ per hour

Schedule: Day / 37.5 hours per week

Status: Temporary
