We are seeking an administrative coordinator for their Ville Saint-Laurent branch.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will have to:

  • Oversee that everything in the office is going smoothly.
  • Supervise the customer service representative and warehouse staff’s work.
  • Manage employee files (disciplinary notice, absenteeism, training, etc.).
  • Issue new procedures and review the current ones for the Customer Service department.
  • Ensure a relation between the Toronto and Montreal head office.
  • Coordinate and keep the inventory and order management system up to date.
  • Manage and plan the schedules and transport, including costs.
  • Approve invoices and expenses for office operational activities.
  • Handle the accounts receivable and contact clients if necessary.
  • Balance and bring the deposits to the bank.
  • Carry out any other tasks required for the position.

Requirements:

  • DCS in administration.
  • Bilingualism, essential (a lot of communication with the head office in Toronto).
  • Good knowledge in MS Office.
  • Knowledge in the Quickbooks accounting software (an asset).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (customer service, staff management, administrative support).
  • Experience in the manufacturing field – a great asset.
  • Experience in inventory management – a great asset.
  • Ability to travel once a year to the Toronto head office.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be bilingual (a lot of communication with the head office in Toronto).

Salary: 40 000$ to 48 000$ per year

Schedule: Day /  8 AM to 4 PM (1h lunch) / 35 hours per week
