Our client is seeking a resourceful and professional person to fill the position of administrative clerk for their downtown office

Administrative tasks:

  • Open the office at 7 AM.
  • Replace the receptionist when needed and during their lunch.
  • Prepare the conference room.
  • Be in charge of catering services.
  • Ensure that the coffees, soft drinks, water, etc. are available at all times.
  • Order office furniture.
  • Drop mail at the post.
  • Receive merchandise (loads to lift on occasion).
  • Enter data, photocopies and classify them.
  • Any other tasks required for the position.

Schedule: Day / 7 AM to 4 PM
