Our client is seeking a bilingual and professional person to fill a position for the head of human resources in Downtown.

Administrative tasks:

• Provide administrative support for the head of human resources.
• Project manager for special projects (organizing events, planning and scheduling many presentations).
• Schedule reunions, meetings and debriefs.
• Manage the agenda, meetings and trips.
• Write and review the mail in both languages.
• Invoice and take care of expense accounts.
• Carry out any other similar tasks.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as an assistant to human resources or for an executive in a large company.
• Experience working with an administrative consultant.
• Knowledge in SharePoint, an asset.
• Extensive knowledge in MS Office.
• Bilingualism and excellent grammar in both languages.

Salary: 60 000$ to 66 000$ per year.

Schedule: Day / 37.5 hrs per week.

Status: Permanent
