Our client, an international company, is looking for someone professional to be their administrative assistant for their Downtown office.

Administrative tasks:

• Bring administrative support to the management.
• Write many documents on MS Office.
• Create tables on Excel.
• Manage the agenda and schedule appointments.
• Organize meetings, events and business trips.
• Work in teams with other assistants.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be professional.
• Have a positive attitude.

Requirements:

• Experience in an executive position, necessary (minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position)
• More than 5 years of experience as an executif assistant.
• Bilingual and excellent grammar skills in both languages
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Salary: 25$ to 30$ per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Day, from Monday to Friday / 37.5 hours per week

Status: Temporary
