We are seeking an administrative-marketing-communication assistant to join this company in Laval. Are you ready for this challenge?

Responsibilities related to communication and marketing (80%)

  • Coordinate the issuing of marketing elements like invitations, brochures, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
  • Take part in projects related to promotional tools and the market entry.
  • Write a personalized letter and send cards (birthday wishes or other special occasions) to the clientele.
  • Collaborate with the President in writing activity reports to come and send them to clients.
  • Write many business proposition documents/reports with graphs.
  • Contact a marketing and publicity firm to follow-up on projects.

Administrative responsibilities (20%)

  • Write and create different administrative documents, emails, letters, invitations, etc.
  • Prepare info letters to send to clients (2x per year).
  • Send a confirmation email for the daily meeting at the clients’.
  • Scan documents.
  • Follow-up on files.
  • Carry out any other tasks similar to the position.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support / marketing department support position
  • Relevant studies (administration, office automation) or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive knowledge in MS Office.
  • Knowledge in the database management software ACT – an asset.
  • Excellent French grammar.

Salary: 15$ per hour

Schedule: Day / 8:30 AM to 5 PM / 37.5 hours per week
