We are currently seeking someone who is passionate about numbers and administration to join a SME in real-estate management. Are you known for being proactive, having a positive attitude and being dynamic? Our client will without a doubt want to get to know you!

You will have to do the complete accounting cycle until the preparation of financial statements to follow-up on the external accountant. Therefore:

  • Fully manage the accounts payable and receivable.
  • Take care of the main company’s invoices as well as the cross companies.
  • Carry out banking conciliation.
  • Take care of the bank deposit.
  • Take part in the month-end and year-end process.
  • Write GST and QST reports.
  • Write different accounting reports in Excel and Hopem.
  • Write book entries and legislations.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Answer telephone calls (low volume).
  • Greet clients.
  • Write and review many documents.
  • Manage and follow-up on beams (commercial and residential).
  • Research the land register and write reports about it.
  • Sort and distribute mail.
  • Carry out any other similar tasks.

Requirements:

  • DVS/DSC in Accounting or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Knowledge in the Hopem software – an asset
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting position (different tasks).
  • Experience in real-estate – an asset.
  • Excellent French – spoken and written.
  • Functional level of English.

Salary: 18$ to 23$ per hour.

Schedule: Day / 8 AM to 4:30 PM / 37.5 hours per week
