Accounting tasks:

• Carry out bank transactions for clients.
• Register the information in the computer system.
• Write credit notes.
• Follow up on customer accounts.
• Manage the recoveries.
• Authorize new orders.
• Verify new customers’ credits and requests.
• Handle discounts and account adjustments.
• Carry out any other tasks similar to the position.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting.
• Extensive knowledge of the MS Office functions.
• Experience using ACCPAC.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Good level of bilingualism.

Salary: 16$ per hour

Schedule: Day / 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (30 minute lunch)
