Are you known for you tact and excellent communication skills? Our client in Ville St-Laurent is seeking an accounts receivable agent for a temporary mandate that has strong possibilities of permanence. 

The job consists of doing the following tasks:

  • Verify the credit references of the new clients.
  • Open accounts.
  • Evaluate files and put a credit limit.
  • Follow-up on late clients (by telephone, email or mail) and negotiate payment agreements.
  • Keep clients’ files up to date.
  • Write some reports.
  • Make deposits.
  • Any other task required for the position.

Requirements:

  • DCS in administration and accounting (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office.
  • Good level of bilingualism (spoken and written).

Salary: 35 000 $ per year.

Schedule: Day / 8:30 AM to 5 PM / 40 hrs per week (flexible schedule).

Status: Temporary with strong possibility of permanence.
