Urgent! An accounts payable clerk temporary position to fill! A great opportunity in manufacturing!

Our client, located in Montreal, is currently looking for a temporary accounts payable clerk, for an indefinite amount of time, to join their team in Ville Saint-Laurent.

Administrative tasks:

• Deal with bills and vouchers (high volume of bills);
• Put the bills with the purchase orders;
• Verify the status of providers’ accounts;
• Write expense reports;
• Replace the receptionist (1 hour per day);
• Communicate with providers;
• Data entry;
• Other tasks related to the position.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Independent and organized.
• Eager to learn.
• Comfortable working with computers.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Experience in manufacturing would be an asset;
• Knowledge of the full payable cycle;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office. (Excel);
• Excellent bilingualism, oral and written.

Salary: 17$ to 18$ per hour, based on experience 

Schedule: Day, from 8:30am to 5pm / 30 minute lunch / 40 hours per week

Status: Temporary, indefinite period
