Are you free to start soon? Perfect, our client in the manufacturing sector, and in full growth, is looking for a mature and independent accounting technician for its Boucherville office.

Administrative tasks:

• Collect the bills and pair them with the purchase orders.
• Speak with providers for paying the bills and for account statements.
• Handle payable and receivable accounts.
• Enter data in the Syspro system.
• Follow-up on billings (compare the bills with the orders delivered).
• Link the production and purchase departments.
• Deal with financial statements (DAS reports, taxes, etc.).
• Do other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of industrial and manufacturing sectors – an asset.
• At least 3 years of experience as accounting clerk.
• Knowledge of the Syspro system.
• DVS or DCS in accounting is essential.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Bilingual.

Salary: 18$ to 19$ per hour (salary review after 3 months).

Schedule: Day, from 7:30am to 4pm or 8am to 4:30pm / Monday to Friday.

Status: Permanent.
