Under the direction of financial controller, you will:

• Participate in the complete management of the accounts receivable (Age of accounts, application of payments, bank reconciliation and deposit).
• Open new client accounts.
• Do the recovery of overdue accounts.
• Make payments arrangements with clients, when necessary.
• Apply credit notes to accounts.
• Perform bank deposits
• Produce various reports with financial information.
• Process credit card payments.
• Do other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

• Diploma in accounting (vocational or college studies) or studies in a related field + experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting position.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Bilingualism in both oral and written - Mandatory.

Salary: 32 000$ to 35 000$ per year, depending on experience

Schedule: Day, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Status: Permanent.
