We are looking for who will be in charge of the accounting wing in this company specializing in construction. Do you want to use your administrative and accounting skills, and apply them with their client? An accountant position is waiting for you!

Your daily tasks:

• Follow the entire accounting cycle up until Financial Statements;
• Manage providers’ and clients’ accounts from beginning to end;
• Collecting accounts that are pas due and thoroughly follow-up on them;
• Do bank reconciliations;
• Payroll processing (CCQ);
• Book entry;
• Write GST/QST/DAS reports;
• Analyse accounts;
• Follow-up, ensure profitability and confirm project costs;
• Other tasks related to accounting.

Requirements:

• Diploma of College Studies in Accounting;
• At least 5 years of experience in a position with similar tasks;
• Experience in the construction industry – essential;
• Very good knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel);
• Knowledge in the accounting software, Avantage – an asset;
• Know the CCQ standards;
• Good level of bilingualism – an asset.

Salary: Based on experience and qualifications

Schedule: 8am to 4:30pm / 37.5 hours per week
