We are currently looking for someone for one of our clients, who will be in charge of the accounting wing in their great company specializing in Construction. Do you want to use your administrative and accounting skills, and apply them with their client? An accountant position is waiting for you!

Your daily tasks to complete will be to:

• Follow the entire accounting cycle up until Financial Statements;
• Manage providers’ and clients’ accounts from beginning to end;
• Collect accounts that are pas due and thoroughly follow-up on them;
• Do bank reconciliations;
• Process payroll (CCQ);
• Do book entry;
• Write GST/QST/DAS reports;
• Analyse accounts;
• Follow-up, ensure profitability and confirm project costs;
• Complete other tasks related to accounting that are required for the position.

Requirements:

• Diploma of College Studies in Accounting,
• Very good knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel),
• Knowledge in the accounting software, Avantages – an asset,
• At least 5 years of experience in a position with similar functions,
• Experience in the construction industry – an asset,
• Know the CCQ standards – an asset,
• Good level of bilingualism – an asset.

Salary: To be discussed, based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule: Day, from 8am to 4:30pm – 37.5 hours per week.
