Description of responsibilities:

• Create activities for the province of Quebec
• Choose and train your team
• Contact and provide services for potential and existing clients
• Create and maintain a relationship with the client
• Look into the needs in order to help the development and renewal of the retail trade
• Interacting with many entities: municipalities, real estate brokers, malls, etc.
• Organize the workload according to set goals
• Follow the set performance guide

Requirements:

• DCS or a Bachelor’s degree in business management or others related to the position
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and real estate
• Great ability to attract new companies and expand the clientele by finding new opportunities
• Experience related to the position
• Bilingual – required (spoken and written)

More information:

• Salary: 75,000$ to 110,000$ - based on experience
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Status: Permanent
